1. Ways of submission

Citizens may submit, following the standard form available at the electronic headquarters of the Valencian Agency for Assessment and Foresight, complaints, suggestions and/or acknowledgements by the electronic means validly accepted for this purpose or by any of the methods provided for in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of 1 October, on the common administrative procedure of public administrations.

In person or by post

a) In the registers of the administrative bodies to which they are addressed or before any administrative body belonging to the General State Administration, to that of any administration of the Autonomous Communities, or to that of any of the entities that make up the Local Administration if, in the latter case, the appropriate agreement has been signed, as well as in the diplomatic representations or consular offices of Spain abroad.

b) Also at any post office. In this case, it must be presented in an open envelope so that the stamp and date can be stamped on the application form and on the copy.

c) And, preferably, at the registry of the Agència Valenciana d’Avaluació i Prospectiva (AVAP).

2. Which documents should I submit?

  • The standard complaint, suggestion or congratulation form. If the letter in which the complaint, suggestion or congratulation is made does not meet the necessary requirements, or if the form is defective, AVAP will ask the interested party to rectify the deficiency within 10 days.
  • Any documentation deemed appropriate in relation to the content of the complaint or suggestion.

3. Deadline to reply

The reply must be notified no later than one month after the complaint or suggestion has been registered in the “AVAP register”.
