ORDER 19/2020, of 1 October, of the Regional Ministry of Innovation, Universities, Science and Digital Society, approving the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies under the Programme for the promotion of scientific research, technological development and innovation in the Valencian Community (DOGV no. 8919, of 05/10/2020), amended by ORDER 17/2024, of 31 July, of the Regional Ministry of Education, Culture, Universities and Employment.

Each year, the Regional Ministry of Education, Culture and Universities publishes the resolution calling for subsidies under the Programme for the promotion of scientific research, technological development and innovation in the Valencian Community for each financial year.

During 2026 and up to the present date, the AVAP also carries out the evaluation of subsidy calls for R&D&i projects of other institutions, programmes or bodies of the Generalitat, governed by the following regulations:

  • Resolution of the Rector of the Universitat Jaume I, publishing the call, and its bases, for scientific research and technological development projects, for the year 2026, within the framework of the Plan for the promotion of research and knowledge transfer 2025-2026, action 1.1, approved by agreement of the Governing Council, at meeting no. 1/2025 of 3 February.
  • ORDER 17/2020, of 21 September, of the Regional Ministry of Innovation, Universities, Science and Digital Society, approving the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies under the Programme for the Support of Talented Researchers – GenT Plan.
  • Resolution of the Directorate-General for Science and Research of 10 October 2025 – Call for the Programme to Support the Creation of Spin-Offs in the Area of Semiconductors and Advanced Materials for the period 2026-2027 within the STEP objectives. Operation eligible for funding under the Valencian Community ERDF Programme 2021-2027.
  • Resolution of the Directorate-General for Science and Research of 10 October 2025 – Programme to Support the Creation of Spin-Offs in the Area of Quantum Computing and Communication for the period 2026-2027 within the STEP objectives. Operation eligible for funding under the Valencian Community ERDF Programme 2021-2027.
