The Valencian Agency of Evaluation and Prospective aims to analyze and understand the satisfaction of the Evaluators and Applicants who collaborate with the AVAP. To this end, an annual study is carried out to measure the satisfaction of AVAP’s stakeholders as well as to understand their view of the Agency’s environment, which provides information on those points that are appreciated by the participants as well as those that are considered critical and need to continue to be improved.
Below, we present the results of the surveys measuring the satisfaction of evaluators and applicants who participate in the various processes carried out by AVAP.
♦ RESULTS OF THE 2022 REPORT
This time, 482 surveys have been carried out among the different profiles of the AVAP interest. Coto consulting has been the company in charge of carrying out the study.

In order to carry out this study, 683 participants were surveyed, distributed among the different profiles with which the Agency works. Qualitas Management S.L. was commissioned to carry out the study.
