Advisory Bodies

Body in charge of advising the Management Committee and the General Management of AVAP and of evaluating the operation of the Agency.

The members of the Advisory Council are appointed for two years, renewable, and must meet at least once a year. Its composition is as follows: a chairperson, an expert of recognized prestige in university quality evaluation and accreditation, evaluation of R&D&I programs and/or foresight; three experts in university quality evaluation and accreditation, three experts in evaluation of R&D&I programs, two experts in the quality of public services and their policies, and a representative of AVAP’s technical staff, who acts as secretary.

This body, made up of representatives of the nine universities of the Valencian Community, is responsible for advising the Steering Committee and the General Management of AVAP on issues directly related to students and university quality.

AVAP’s Student Commission is composed of the director general of the Agency, who will chair it; the president, or similar position, of the Maximum Student Representation Body (MORE) of each SUV university; one student for each SUV university with more than 10,000 students enrolled (in full-time equivalence in official degrees registered in the RUCT). 000 students enrolled (in full-time equivalence in official degrees registered in the RUCT), whose designation corresponds to the MORE, and a representative of the technical staff of AVAP, who will act as Secretary of the Commission.
