AVAP and ANECA have signed a collaboration agreement for the development of the Support Programme for the Evaluation of Teaching Activities (DOCENTIA), which aims to provide a reference framework, a model and procedures for the evaluation of teaching in order to guarantee the quality of university teaching staff and to promote its development and recognition.

The agreement signed responds to the need to establish cooperation and collaboration mechanisms between both entities to ensure the coherence of the teaching assessment models and to facilitate the recognition of the procedures applied and future certification.

The programme, promoted by ANECA throughout Spain, has been adapted and adapted to the needs of the universities and the autonomous communities. In this sense, the universities have drawn up a manual or document that develops the DOCENTIA programme, which has been applied in their evaluations.
