The procedure for authorising the implementation of official university degree, master’s and doctoral programmes must be initiated by a proposal from the rector of the corresponding university.
Each application is assessed by experts in the area of knowledge. Subsequently, the Evaluation Commission prepares the final report following the defined protocol.
