On July 3rd, the Agència Valenciana d’Avaluació i Prospectiva (AVAP) held a training session aimed at members of the Evaluation Committees and the agency’s technical staff to present the new Support Guide for drafting the Verification and Modification report of official undergraduate and master’s degree programmes.
After a year of applying the current evaluation model, AVAP has worked on an updated version of the Guide with the aim of improving and expanding its content, thereby facilitating the work of the teams responsible for preparing and evaluating proposals.
The session, held online via videoconference and attended by nearly 50 participants, was delivered from AVAP’s headquarters by Juan Carlos Gavara de Cara (Autonomous University of Barcelona), Inmaculada Arauzo Pelet (University of Zaragoza) and Manuel Fernández Sande (Complutense University of Madrid).
Over the course of two and a half hours, the speakers reviewed the different sections of the Guide, highlighting the most significant updates. The session was highly valued for its practical approach and clarity, especially in view of the upcoming evaluations.
The new Guide will be applicable from September for the evaluation of verification and modification proposals submitted to AVAP. We thank all participants for their involvement and reaffirm our commitment to the continuous improvement of the Valencian university system.
