a) Declaration of Commitment
- AVAP’s commitment to the safety, health, and well-being of its staff.
- Explicit adherence to state regulations and the Valencian Regional Government’s prevention structure.
b) Integration of Prevention
- Occupational risk prevention is integrated into all areas: internal operations, planning, evaluation, and institutional quality.
- Management personnel assume preventive leadership.
c) Coordination with the Valencian Regional Government’s Prevention Service
- AVAP is committed to working in accordance with the protocols of the Valencian Regional Government’s Prevention Service.
- Participation in assessments, preventive planning, and coordinated training.
d) Training and Information
- Initial and ongoing preventive training for all staff.
- Information provided when new risks are detected or changes are introduced.
e) Risk Assessment and Preventive Planning
- Ongoing risk assessment in centers and tasks.
- Annual preventive planning in accordance with the criteria of the SPRL-GVA (Occupational Risk Prevention Service of the Valencian Community).
f) Accident and incident investigation
- Internal procedure for reporting, recording, and analyzing incidents.
- Commitment to implementing corrective measures.
g) Continuous improvement
- Annual review of the policy and the results of the preventive plan.
- Commitment to accountability and reporting to the Regional Ministry.
