AVAP INAUGURATES THE DEGREE’S EVALUATION COMMITTEES IN THE DIFFERENT UNIVERSITIES OF THE VALENCIAN COMMUNITY
The Valencian Agency for Assessment and Foresight has inaugurated this week the visits of the evaluation committees in the different universities of the Valencian Community, within the framework of the programme for the Renewal of the Accreditation of university degrees, whether bachelor’s, master’s or doctoral degrees.
The visits maintain the online format from the beginning of the pandemic and are made up of academic members, a quality member and a student. They will take place throughout October and November.
The reports developed by the committees will then be sent to the AVAP Accreditation Commission, which will issue provisional reports to be communicated to the universities at its December session.
The first visits have been with the Universidad Miguel Hernández and the Universitat de València. At the end of October it will be the turn of the Universitat d’Alacant and the Universidad Católica de Valencia. In November, the Universidad Internacional de Valencia, the Universidad Cardenal Herrera and the Universitat Politècnica de València will join in.
A total of 37 university degrees will be examined, divided as follows:
- 30 bachelor’s degrees
- 3 master’s degrees
- 4 PhDs
